Glycyrrhiza glabra - Perennial

Once the plant is three years old the roots can be harvested in autumn. This beautiful plant is brilliantly decorated with lavender-blue flowers in summer and early fall.

Each envelope contains 15 seeds.

Instructions: Start seeds in the early spring indoors. Seeds need 68ºF to germinate. It is recommended to soak the seeds in tepid water for 24 hours before sowing. Keep moist but not soggy until germination occurs. Transplant outdoors after danger of frost has passed.
