Processing

We have all orders processed and packaged within 6 business days from the order date - after processing we hand the package over to USPS for shipment.

If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please contact us to let us know, 

Shipping

Shipping price is based on the weight and size of the items in the order. We use USPS to mail our orders. The time it takes to deliver your item is based on processing time and the shipping method you choose.

Your chosen shipping method indicates the shipment speed after the order is processed. Ground and standard shipping takes 5-8 business days. Priority shipping takes 3-4 business days. Shipment time is in addition to processing time. 

For all customer service questions regarding shipments, please email customersupport@persephoneshearth.com with your order number and your issue. 

Once the package has been shipped, Persephone's Hearth has no control over how fast it gets to you. We cannot offer a refund in the event of a delayed package. Refunds will only be made for packages officially marked as lost by the delivery service. We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" if the address the customer gives us is incorrect, and refunds will not be issued in this case.
