Return Policy
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping. All you have to do is email customersupport@persephoneshearth.com with your order number and the reason you're making the return. We will send you the shipping label for the return. You will not be refunded for your original shipping charge.
DIY kits, including embroidery, macrame, needle felting, and painting kits, must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Opened kits or kits returned with missing components are not eligible for a full refund. At our discretion, opened or incomplete kits may be eligible for store credit of up to 50% of the original item price paid, depending on the condition of the returned item.
In the event of a mistyped address where the original package is returned to us by USPS, we will cancel the original order and refund for any items apart from the shipping cost. You are welcome to place the order again with your correct address.
In the event that your package is marked as "delivered" but not at your shipping address, you will need to contact your local USPS. They will check that it was delivered to the correct address, and if it wasn't they need to mark the package as lost so Persephone's Hearth can file an insurance claim for you. From there we can send a replacement or a refund when appropriate.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
