Processing
Processing times vary from item to item. All of our products are handmade, and most are made-to-order. Our crafters need time to create your product, so please allow a few weeks for it to be made. If an item is currently out of stock, the expected re-stock date is listed on the page. Unless the order is too large to be shipped in one container, we will wait for all your products to be in stock before sending your order on its way. If you need some of your shipment before the backordered products come in, please let us know and we can work out a separate shipment for you.
Shipping
Shipping price is based on the weight and size of the items in the order. We use USPS to mail our orders. The time it takes to deliver your item is based on processing time and the shipping method you choose.
Your chosen shipping method indicates the shipment speed after the order is processed. Economy shipping takes 5-8 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-4 business days. Shipment time is in addition to processing time.

Return Policy
You can return items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping. All you have to do is email customersupport@persephoneshearth.com with your order number and the reason you're making the return. We will send you the shipping label for the return. The return shipping is covered by us, but you will not be refunded for your original shipping charge.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
