Processing
Processing times vary from item to item. All of our products are handmade, and most are made-to-order. Our crafters need time to create your product, so please allow a few weeks for it to be made. If an item is currently out of stock, the expected re-stock date is listed on the page. Unless the order is too large to be shipped in one container, we will wait for all your products to be in stock before sending your order on its way. If you need some of your shipment before the backordered products come in, please let us know and we can work out a separate shipment for you.
Shipping
Shipping price is based on the weight and size of the items in the order. We use USPS to mail our orders. The time it takes to deliver your item is based on processing time and the shipping method you choose.
Your chosen shipping method indicates the shipment speed after the order is processed. Economy shipping takes 5-8 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-4 business days. Shipment time is in addition to processing time.

Return Policy
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping. All you have to do is fill out this form. We will send you the shipping label for the return. You will not be refunded for your original shipping charge.
DIY kits (embroidery, macrame, needle felting, and painting) must be returned unopened and unused. If you return an open embroidery kit or one with missing components, we will refund 50% of the original price you paid for the item.
In the event of a mistyped address where the original package is returned to us by USPS, we will cancel the original order and refund for any items apart from the shipping cost. You are welcome to place the order again with your correct address.
In the event that your package is marked as "delivered" but not at your shipping address, you will need to contact your local USPS. They will check that it was delivered to the correct address, and if it wasn't they need to mark the package as lost so Persephone's Hearth can file an insurance claim for you. From there we can send a replacement or a refund when appropriate.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
