As you know, the holidays are a busy season - orders are increased and more time-sensitive than normal.
To help our customers understand what they can do to help us, as a seller, get your packages to you on time, we're creating this little guide.
We use USPS for shipping. The Post Office has announced they're official "ship-by" dates for the season - these times are NOT a guarantee, but following them will greatly increase the chances that your orders get to you by Christmas!
We are setting our holiday-cutoff date at December 16th. USPS has given a ship-by date for shipping at December 18th, so this gives us a couple days to package everything up and get it out by then.
This is what we're asking of our customers this season:
1) Please make the purchases that you want for Christmas day by December 16th.
2) Double check your shipping address to make sure it's correct - your package could get delayed or even lost within the post system if it's incorrect. We don't reimburse packages that are misdelivered if you give us the wrong address.
3) Please give us some extra time to get your order processed and mailed! Everything is packed and mailed by our very very small team, and we're much busier than usual. We promise to have all packages out by the 18th. We will contact you if there's any issue regarding that!
Thank you everyone, and have a great holiday!
